Safety Reporting

Deviate Independent is committed to ensuring the safety of its performers, participants, instructors, volunteers, and staff. We aim to create a culture in which communication, understanding, and openness are prized, and are always available to discuss concerns in person or via email. Concerns may also be elevated anonymously by submitting the below form. 

Reports will be reviewed by the Deviate Independent Board of Directors. Any incident brought to the attention of Deviate will be taken seriously and handled as appropriate in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as the regulations set forth by Deviate, our competitive circuits, and partners.
